By using AA Car Play Video ("the App") and its website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our application, website, or purchasing a license, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. License Plans & Pricing

AA Car Play Video offers the following license plans:

• 1 Month License: Access to all features for 1 month from the date of purchase
• 1 Year License: Access to all features for 1 year from the date of purchase, including updates
• Lifetime License: One-time payment for permanent access to all features and future updates

Prices are displayed in EUR and may vary. Current pricing is available on our purchase page.

3. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. The free trial:

• Is limited to 24 hours per device
• Provides access to all app features
• Is limited to one trial per device
• May require email submission and approval

4. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete payment information
• Authorize us to charge the specified amount
• Stripe's Terms of Service

Upon successful payment, a unique license key will be sent to your email address automatically.

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
• The license key must not have been activated on a device
• To request a refund, contact us at support@aacarplayvideo.com with your order details

Refunds for activated licenses are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. License Usage

AA Car Play Video grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes. Each license key is valid for one device. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the application
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense the application or license key
• Share your license key with others
• Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. Device Binding

Your license key is bound to a single device upon activation. If you need to transfer your license to a new device, please contact our support team.

8. Safety & Responsibility

AA Car Play Video is designed for use with Android Auto. You agree to use the application responsibly and in compliance with all applicable traffic laws. Never interact with the application while driving. Always follow your local laws regarding the use of mobile devices while operating a vehicle. We are not responsible for any accidents or violations resulting from the use of this application.

9. Limitation of Liability

AA Car Play Video is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential damages.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to deactivate or revoke any license key if:

• The license key is shared or distributed to others
• The application is used in violation of these terms
• Fraudulent payment activity is detected

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
